About the Role

A Leading US-Based Technology & Digital Solutions Company is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) & Growth Marketing Specialist to own the top of the sales funnel across outbound sales and growth marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who embraces AI, automation, and up-to-date GTM strategies to build scalable lead generation systems. Rather than relying on templated outreach, you'll design and optimise intelligent workflows that consistently generate qualified opportunities and accelerate business growth.

What You'll Do

 Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email and LinkedIn, targeting decision-makers including business owners, founders, and senior executives.

 Leverage an existing database of 25,000 contacts while sourcing new prospects through modern prospecting tools.

 Design and deploy automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, AI agents, enrichment tools, and sequencing platforms to maximise efficiency and scalability.

 Plan and execute growth marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, content distribution, SEO, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve brand visibility and inbound lead generation.

 Qualify inbound and outbound prospects using the BANT framework (or equivalent) and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.

 Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all customer interactions and opportunities are properly documented.

 Track and report key performance metrics including: o Leads generated o Qualified pipeline o Meetings booked o Conversion performance

 Continuously test, optimise,



and improve outreach strategies using data-driven insights and AI-powered tools. What We're Looking For

 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development (BDR/SDR), Growth Marketing, or Go-to-Market (GTM) roles.

 Demonstrated experience building outbound systems, automations, AI agents, prospecting sequences, or workflow automations that delivered measurable results.

 Exceptional written communication skills with a consultative approach to prospect engagement.

 Strong research skills and the ability to personalise outreach based on each prospect's business and needs.

 Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and modern sales engagement tools.

 Strong understanding of AI-powered sales, automation, and lead generation technologies.

 Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

 Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating eAectively with an international team. Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, consulting, or professional services.

 Familiarity with platforms such as Zoho, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales and marketing technologies.

 Experience with SEO, content marketing, growth marketing, and AI-driven customer acquisition strategies.
