MIROR is a women's health platform focused on perimenopause, menopause and healthy ageing. We bring together medical care, diagnostics, expert consultations, wellness programs, digital services and clinically informed products to help women access the right support at the right time.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager to create new revenue opportunities for MIROR across the healthcare ecosystem. The person will identify, build and activate partnerships with diagnostic labs, hospitals, clinics, doctors and other medical and wellness organisations.

This is a target-driven role. Success means turning partnerships into active referral channels, service collaborations and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop business partnerships with diagnostic and pathology labs for testing packages, referrals and integrated care pathways.

Build clinical tie-ups with hospitals, clinics, gynaecologists, endocrinologists, general physicians and other relevant specialists.

Create referral and patient-acquisition channels for MIROR's consultations, HRT programs, diagnostics, wellness programs and other services.

Explore additional medical business avenues, including telemedicine platforms, pharmacies, corporate health providers, insurers and allied healthcare partners.

Identify prospects, pitch MIROR's offerings, negotiate commercials and agreements, and close partnerships end to end.

Ensure each signed partnership is launched, activated and generating measurable business rather than remaining only an agreement.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline,



follow up consistently and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Work with the clinical, operations and marketing teams to create proposals, partner materials, campaigns and smooth service delivery.

Represent MIROR at medical conferences, partner meetings, healthcare forums and industry events.

Maintain accurate partnership, pipeline, revenue and performance reports for leadership.

Ideal

Candidate

5-8 years of business development, partnerships or healthcare sales experience.

Existing understanding of hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, doctors or healthcare networks.

A proven record of meeting revenue targets and closing commercial partnerships.

Robust pitching, negotiation, relationship management and follow-through skills.

Comfort working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Experience in women's health, HealthTech, FemTech, diagnostics, pharma, wellness or preventive healthcare is preferred.

Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events and market development.
