Business Development Manager – IT & AI Solutions

Caasaa is building AI-powered products, automation solutions, and enterprise technology platforms that help businesses automate operations, reduce costs, and scale efficiently.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales of our AI Products, Custom Software, Automation, CRM, ERP, and Enterprise Technology Solutions in Education, Learning, Realestate and Services Business across India and international markets. Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.

Generate leads, build sales pipelines, and engage decision-makers.

Understand client business challenges and propose relevant IT/AI solutions.

Conduct product presentations, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures.

Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Work closely with Product,



Technology, and Marketing teams.

Maintain CRM activities and achieve defined revenue targets. Requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B IT/Software/AI/SaaS sales.

Strong lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Good understanding of AI, SaaS, CRM, ERP, automation, and custom software solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
