Full-timeJob OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive our company's growth. You will identify new commercial, residential, and industrial project opportunities. Your main goal will be to build strategic partnerships with architects, developers, and corporate clients to secure high-value construction contracts.Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Find and secure new building project opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with architects, structural engineers, real estate consultants, and project management consultants (PMCs).

- Bidding & Proposals: Collaborate with our estimation and engineering teams to prepare competitive tenders, techno-commercial proposals, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

- Deal Closure: Lead commercial negotiations with clients to secure contracts while protecting company profit margins.

- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, upcoming infrastructure projects, and competitor movements.





Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or an MBA in Marketing/Business.

- Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven business development or sales experience within the construction, real estate, or turnkey interior industry.

- Network: An active, existing network of local architects, builders, and corporate clients is highly preferred.

- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
