Role Description The Business Development Intern will support the growth of Shoot Buddy by identifying potential clients, researching target markets, and assisting with outreach activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, helping with lead generation campaigns, maintaining records in CRM tools, and supporting the preparation of pitch decks and proposals.

The intern will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand service offerings and communicate value to prospective clients.





Responsibilities also include basic customer service support, such as responding to inquiries and helping ensure a positive experience for partners and clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in lead generation and sales prospecting in a B2B or agency environment.
- Ability to conduct structured market research and summarize insights that support business decisions.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and messaging platforms).
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in digital marketing, creative agencies, and brand strategy; prior internship or project experience in these areas is an advantage.
