Business Development Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Intern to help scale Magnus Buzz. You’ll work directly on growth initiatives—identifying high-potential clients, building outreach strategies, and assisting with pitch preparations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective clients, key decision-makers, and market opportunities.

Outreach Execution: Conduct personalized outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, cold email, and direct channels.

Pitch Preparation: Assist in drafting customized pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and track lead pipelines to ensure consistent follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

High energy, initiative, and an eagerness to learn sales and business growth strategies.

Familiarity with LinkedIn navigation, Google Workspace, and basic outreach tools.





Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Management, or Marketing.
