Karmatic Productions is a creative production company working across films, commercials, digital content, and brand-driven productions. We are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Associate to join our team and help us build strong relationships with potential clients and business partners.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new leads, initiating conversations, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who is well-spoken, confident, smart, persuasive, and enjoys talking to people. Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, online research, networking, and other channels
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Karmatic Productions and its services
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on their business requirements
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Follow up with leads consistently and move prospects through the sales pipeline




- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to develop suitable solutions
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing business deals
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions
- Research new industries, companies, and potential business opportunities
- Achieve individual and team-based business development targets

- Freshers are welcome; up to 6 months of relevant experience is an advantage
