About Ecoconnect

Ecoconnect Services works across E-Mobility, Energy Transition, Renewable Energy and Green Infrastructure . We work with companies, OEMs, CPOs, institutions, government and other industry stakeholders to build and execute real business opportunities.

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is confident, proactive, and comfortable taking the lead from the first conversation through to conversion.

What You’ll Do

- Work on incoming and self-generated leads and turn them into business opportunities
- Connect with potential clients, partners, OEMs, CPOs, and other stakeholders
- Set up and attend meetings with prospects
- Understand customer requirements and identify the right solution
- Prepare proposals and presentations with the team
- Follow up with prospects and keep opportunities moving
- Support commercial discussions and help close deals
- Generate new leads through networking, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Work closely with the Founder and team on active business opportunities

What We’re Looking For
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Strategy, Sales or a related field Preferred




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to speak with new people and senior professionals
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Comfortable travelling for meetings when required
- Comfortable working with monthly KPIs/business scorecard and targets , and maintaining a clear record of leads approached, meetings, proposals, conversions and business generated
- Able to commute independently to our Sector 74A, Gurugram office every working day
- Ability to work independently in a quick-moving startup
- Prior sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required
