Business Development Executive (IT Sales) - Noida. Full-time opportunity. 1 Vacancy.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Website Development, E-Commerce Websites, Mobile App Development, Software Development, and Digital Marketing Services.

- Handle both company-generated leads and self-generated leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other business development activities.

- Contact prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable IT solutions.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with recent and existing leads until project closure.

- Schedule client meetings, prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate with the technical team whenever required.

- Maintain complete records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, meetings, and sales activities.

- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

- Achieve monthly business targets and contribute towards the overall growth of the company.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience:



Minimum 2 Years in Business Development, IT Sales, or Software Sales.

- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Preferred).

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client handling skills.

- Experience in selling Website Development, E-Commerce Solutions, Software Development, or Digital Marketing Services will be preferred.

- Experience with lead generation, cold calling, proposal writing, client follow-ups, and business closures.

- Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or other lead generation platforms will be an added advantage.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, disciplined, and willing to build a long-term career with the company.
