Vertical 3D Tech is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of hands-on Upwork Business Development experience to join our growing team.
Job Location - Mohali , Punjab.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow our Upwork profile and generate consistent business, with a focus on eCommerce projects such as Shopify and WordPress. Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects.
Research clients and understand project requirements.
Write effective and personalized proposals.
Track proposals, conversions, and revenue growth. Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on Upwork Business Development experience — Mandatory.
Proven track record of winning projects through Upwork.
Experience with Shopify, WordPress,
eCommerce, web development, or digital services is preferred.
Solid communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and focused on results.
