Business Development Executive (Real Estate) – Work From Office

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary:

₹25,000–₹30,000 In-hand per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

About Trixis Homes:

Trixis Homes is a Dubai-based real estate company specializing in premium UAE property investments. We are expanding our Bangalore team and are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 250–300 outbound calls per day using company-provided leads.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Explain Dubai real estate investment opportunities to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize lead conversions.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- 0–1 years of experience in Tele Sales, BPO, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Banking, Insurance, EdTech, or similar roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
