Role Description

- Drive outbound business development through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Conduct market and account research to identify target companies, prospects, and key decision-makers
- Qualify leads and book meetings with marketing leaders and enterprise stakeholders
- Support solution consulting by understanding client needs and aligning TEI's offerings accordingly




- Assist in proposal development, pricing coordination, and sales documentation
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including lead activity, pipeline updates, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with analyst, marketing, and senior sales teams to refine outreach and engagement strategies

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree • 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
- Solid interest in B2B sales, consulting, or research-driven services
- Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and handling rejection
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
