Softication Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

? Position

Business Development Executive (BDE)

? Work Mode: Work From Home

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Performance Incentives

- ? Experience: 1–3 Years in Business Development / IT Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, and other channels
- Research and identify potential clients in domestic and international markets
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate Web, Mobile, SaaS, E-commerce & Software Development solutions
- Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and sales discussions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Prepare proposals, quotations, follow-ups, and negotiate with prospects
- Manage leads throughout the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Coordinate with the technical/project team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities,



and sales activities

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, or a related role
- Strong understanding of IT services and software development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling abilities
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and cold outreach is preferred
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Good English communication is essential
- Comfortable working in a remote setting
