We're hiring: Business Development Professionals in Mumbai

Samarth Eldercare | Mumbai Samarth is India's leading senior care organisation established by senior professionals and alums of IIT, IIM, McKinsey, Cambridge and Yale in 2016, backed by reputed institutional investors. As we deepen our presence with enterprise clients, we're looking to expand our Business Development team in Mumbai to drive growth among both existing and new enterprise accounts. What you'll do:

Own and grow relationships with enterprise clients, corporates, insurers, and institutional partners

Identify and close current enterprise opportunities through concept and solution selling, not transactional pitching

Work directly with Samarth's top leadership on account strategy and market expansion

Represent Samarth in high-stakes conversations where trust, not just a pitch deck, wins the deal

Take initiative on identifying new markets, partnership models, and growth levers What we're looking for:

Strong communication skills, you can read a room and be effective





Inclination and experience with concept and solution sales, selling an idea and a partnership, not just a product

Comfort with crafting customised proposals

High degree of initiative, comfortable building a pipeline and a playbook, not just following one A genuine interest in working closely with senior leadership and owning outcomes

Experience in wellness industry would be relevant. We also welcome interested candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience from other sectors who see the potential to be part of this opportunity Why Samarth:
