- Find and contact new employers.
- Speak with HR teams and recruiters.
- Present OPININGS and close business.
- Onboard employers to the platform.
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn and email.
- Follow up and achieve monthly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate
- 26 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience.
- Experience with Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Shine or similar companies preferred.
- Recruitment, HR Tech or SaaS sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable with targets and cold calling.
