Role Description This is a full time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Chennai.

The Marketing

Specialist will support the promotion of packaging products and services through market research, campaign planning, and coordination with the sales team. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, assisting in the development of marketing strategies, and preparing marketing materials and reports. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to improve brand awareness,



participating in customer meetings when required, and tracking the effectiveness of marketing activities.

The Marketing

Specialist will also help maintain customer relationships and ensure consistent communication in line with company standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.

Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.

Candidates should possess Sales experience and an understanding of marketing and sales coordination.

Candidates should possess basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and digital marketing platforms.

Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is an advantage.
