Job Summary

Risecore Technologies Private Limited is looking for a Digital Business Development Associate to drive online growth through strategic digital marketing, SEO, and content-driven outreach. This role is pivotal in lead generation, digital campaign management, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies, including Google PPC and Facebook Ads, to drive high-quality lead generation.
- Manage SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy to improve organic visibility.
- Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance content creation, marketing workflows, and lead qualification processes.
- Write clear, persuasive content for emails, websites, proposals, and social media platforms.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects via email and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to optimize conversion funnels and transform leads into clients.
- Monitor market trends, perform competitor analysis, and maintain CRM data to report on outreach performance and ROI.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, Google PPC, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.




- Experience or solid interest in leveraging AI tools for digital marketing efficiency.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills, with a portfolio of blog posts, emails, or business copy.
- Solid understanding of IT services, including web development, e-commerce, and software solutions.
- Confidence in managing client communication, follow-ups, and sales conversations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT service-based companies.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing platforms, and sales funnel management.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on tracking campaign performance.
