Key Responsibilities

Promote all company services in USA/UK market and develop new client/vendor in the market research industry. Promote all company services, develop panel and consumer insight expertise, and relentlessly apply this knowledge to build growth while sharing it across global stakeholders. Inspire research suppliers to consistently deliver their best efforts and provide actionable, clear, value-added insights.

Day to Day Responsibilities

- Leading or assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of research activities for the assigned categories and panels.

- Act as the key point of contact for the respective category/panel and drive all research-related initiatives, including customized research projects and syndicated data analysis.

- Manage customized projects covering foundational research, strategic studies, communication testing, hypothesis generation, and validation.

- Promote company services strategically and acquire long-term clients.

- Interpret syndicated data sources to generate meaningful insights for panels.

- Conduct regular performance reviews using multiple data sources, perform SWOT analysis, identify growth opportunities, and provide business recommendations aligned with stakeholder objectives.

- Analyze macro trends, consumer behavior, market conditions, and competitive activities to support business decisions.

- Prepare monthly reports on company services, syndicated reports, and panel feedback.

- Develop consumer insight expertise and apply findings to drive business growth across stakeholders.

- Support panel teams throughout the year with consumer research initiatives and manage research budgets.

- Participate in innovation planning, product development, and launch sampling projects while reviewing test results and recommending product improvements.





- Design appropriate research methodologies and analytical plans to address business and research requirements.

- Evaluate and adopt emerging research tools to improve consumer insights and business growth.

- Apply analytics knowledge, including market mix modeling and volume forecasting.

- Ensure business growth strategies remain consumer-focused.

- Maintain knowledge of data processing outputs and evolving market research requirements.

Desired Profile

- Proven experience in full-service market research, including data collection, survey programming, and data processing.

- Postgraduate degree or equivalent in Management, Market Research, Social Sciences, or Statistics.

- Solid understanding of management principles and market research methodologies.

- Experience conducting studies with industry experts or market research companies is an advantage.

- Knowledge of market research software and tools.

- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management using insights and analytics.

- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and data visualization skills.

- Technical expertise in quantitative and qualitative market research techniques and syndicated business analysis.

- Ability to interpret and apply advanced analytics to solve business problems.

- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Highly numerate and comfortable working with data.

- Creative, open-minded, and passionate about finding innovative solutions.

- Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing work environment.

- Willing to provide full support to panel teams and CMI colleagues.
