Responsibilities

- Source and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other sourcing channels.
- Speak with candidates, understand their profile and check their basic eligibility.
- Explain Germany career opportunities, benefits and the overall process to interested candidates.
- Counsel candidates regarding the recruitment process and German Language Training.
- Coordinate first-level interviews with the Manager and follow up with candidates.
- Convert interested and eligible candidates into enrolments.
- Maintain candidate details and update information accurately in the CRM system.
- Build relationships with nursing colleges, physiotherapy colleges and other relevant institutions for candidate sourcing.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and enrolment targets.

Required Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Counselling or a related field.
- Experience in Germany Healthcare Recruitment will be an added advantage.




- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in Business Development and Counselling may also be considered.

Preferred Qualification

- Experience in international recruitment or overseas recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
