We’re scaling fast and looking for high-energy sales professionals who can convert opportunities into revenue.

Role: Business Development Executive (Sales)

This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role where you’ll be responsible for converting leads into paying customers and driving growth for BluEarn. Key Responsibilities

Convert qualified leads into customers through calls, demos, and meetings

Own the end-to-end sales cycle: pitch → negotiate → close

Understand customer pain points and position BluEarn effectively

Conduct product demos tailored to client needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion

Maintain pipeline,



track deals, and achieve monthly targets Requirements

Proven ability in sales / business development / lead conversion

Solid communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently

Experience in hospitality industry is a big plus

Familiarity with SaaS or tech products is preferred
