Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork

- Write customized, high-converting proposals

- Communicate effectively with potential clients

- Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly

- Maintain and manage Upwork profile performance (JSS, response rate, etc.)

- Build long-term client relationships

- Collaborate with internal teams for project execution

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of proven experience on Upwork

- Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple bids and clients simultaneously

- Basic knowledge of IT services (Web, App, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus

- Self-motivated and target-oriented
