Helping Hands Consultancy and Care Services Private Limited is a premier home healthcare provider dedicated to delivering clinical, hospital-grade care (Home ICU, Post-Surgical Rehab, Geriatric Care) directly to patients' homes.

We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Hospital Liaison Executive. Your primary mission is to act as the bridge between major hospitals and our home care services. You will build deep networks with Doctors, ICU Heads, Nursing Superintendents, and Discharge Planners to ensure our brand is the preferred partner for patients transitioning from hospital to home. This is an on-field, B2B healthcare relationship management role, not a digital marketing or public relations desk job.

Key Responsibilities

· Doctor & Specialist Engagement: Conduct daily field visits to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)—specifically Neurologists, Oncologists, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Cardiologists, and Intensivists—to drive patient referrals.

· Hospital Channel Mapping: Build and maintain active relationships with Hospital Discharge Planners, TPA desks, Corporate Cell Heads, and Nursing Heads across major hospital hubs in Jaipur.

· Transition of Care Management: Coordinate closely with hospital teams during patient discharge to pitch, explain, and seamlessly transition patients to our home care packages.





· B2B Alliances: Secure official empanelment and tie-ups with private clinics, nursing homes, and multi-speciality hospitals.

· Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing models, and feedback from the medical fraternity to refine our service offerings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
