Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a sales pipeline, and generate qualified leads across target markets. Day-to-day tasks include researching prospective clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting the company’s honey product portfolio to potential partners and customers.

The role also involves managing key accounts, maintaining robust client relationships, tracking performance metrics,



and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to maintain relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to present products and value propositions effectively.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or FMCG/food products is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and maintain organized records of outreach and follow-ups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
