Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. The individual in this position will identify and qualify prospective students, generate leads, and build relationships with schools, colleges, and other partners to expand Yastudy’s reach.
Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting Yastudy’s services to potential students and partners, and following up on inquiries via calls, messages, and meetings. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, contributing to outreach campaigns and events, and collaborating with the counseling and marketing teams to improve student acquisition strategies.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.

- Prior experience in business development, sales, or education consulting is beneficial, especially within the study-abroad or higher-education sector.
- Ability to work with CRM tools or lead management systems, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets while maintaining a student-first focus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
