Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Gurugram.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and qualify potential clients, support lead generation campaigns, and maintain a pipeline of prospects for Hubhawks’ publishing and marketing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating with internal teams to craft proposals, and following up with leads to convert them into long-term partnerships. Network with vendors and close venues and deals.





The role also involves building strong professional relationships, understanding client needs, and contributing ideas to enhance Hubhawks’ business development strategies and overall growth.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering qualified Presentations.

Candidates should possess Lead Generation abilities, including identifying prospects and nurturing new business opportunities.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer segments.

Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, both written and verbal.

Relevant skills such as relationship-building, negotiation, and basic sales planning are beneficial.

Prior experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in publishing, media, or marketing is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and use common productivity and CRM tools effectively.
