Amtrino is looking for a proactive, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Associate (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an excellent prospect for freshers passionate about IT consulting, sales, client engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT consulting and staffing market.

Research and connect with potential clients, MSPs, VMS providers, and GCCs

Conduct prospecting through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Support the sales process from lead generation and qualification through meetings, proposals, and closure.

Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity records.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions.





Consistently work toward defined business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

0-1 year of experience in US IT staffing, IT consulting, or business development is preferred. (FRESHERS)

Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in B2B sales and IT consulting are encouraged to apply.

Basic understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients, and GCCs is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate solutions effectively.

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
