- Reach out to businesses across the UAE and GCC via phone to introduce Agile Consultants and our recruitment services.

- Speak with HR professionals, hiring managers, and business owners to understand their hiring requirements.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

- Identify potential business opportunities and schedule meetings for our recruitment team.

- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and client interactions.

- Represent Agile Consultants in a professional, courteous, and confident manner.

- Contribute towards expanding our network of clients across the region.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Have previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or another client-facing role.

- Have excellent spoken and written English.

- Be comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.

- Be confident, well-organized, and proactive.

- Enjoy building relationships and maintaining regular follow-ups.

- Be eager to learn and develop professionally.
