AgileAiPro is a fast-growing AI governance and certification company, offering industry-first certifications in AI-assisted project delivery, AI trust & governance, and Agile-AI collaboration frameworks (AAF). We're building a nationwide network of independent sales contractors to expand our reach.

About the Role

We're hiring self-driven individuals to sell AgileAiPro's AI certification programs on a commission basis. No fixed salary — this is a pure performance-based opportunity where your income depends entirely on your monthly sales. Ideal for freelancers, career-switchers, students, or anyone looking for a flexible side income with unlimited earning potential.

You will be onboarded as an AgileAiPro Certified Sales Ambassador upon joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote AgileAiPro's certification programs (AAF Foundation, Practitioner, AI Trust Lead, Regulated Industries tracks , AI Certifications) to individuals and organizations
- Generate leads through your personal network, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and referrals
- Explain certification value, pricing, and enrollment process to prospects
- Close sales through the AgileAiPro website (secure online payment)
- Maintain basic weekly activity/sales reporting

Who Can Apply

- Anyone with a network in corporate, IT, education, training, or freelance space
- Any College Graduate




- No prior sales experience required self-starters and go-getters preferred
- Smartphone/laptop with internet access
- 18+ years, based anywhere in India
- Strong communication skills preferred

Earnings & Incentives Base Commission (Monthly, resets every month):

- 1st to 15th sale: 10%
- 16th to 30th sale: 15%
- 31st sale onwards: 20%

Milestone Bonuses (Monthly):
- 15 sales/month → ₹1,000 cash + Bronze Ambassador badge
- 30 sales/month → ₹2,000 cash + 1 free AI certification + Silver Ambassador badge
- 50 sales/month → ₹3,500 cash + 2 free AI certifications + Gold Ambassador badge

Consistency Bonus:
- Hit 50+ sales for 3 consecutive months → State Coordinator upgrade with 3% override commission on recruited sub-agents' sales

Payout: Via Razorpay Payouts, subject to TDS u/s 194H Income Cap: None — fully performance-based

Key Note This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employment position. There is no fixed salary, PF, ESI, or other employment benefits. All bonuses and targets reset monthly and are performance-linked, at company discretion.
