Ad2Ship is a full-stack D2C growth company based in Jaipur — We help D2C brands scale end-to-end: Shopify website development, performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads), UGC content creation, social media management, and logistics/fulfillment. We work as an extended growth team for our clients, not a vendor.

About the Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team and help us onboard current D2C brands onto the Ad2Ship platform. You'll be responsible for generating leads, pitching our services, and closing deals with brand founders and marketing decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential D2C brand clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant Ad2Ship services (Shopify dev, performance marketing, content, logistics)
- Conduct product/service demos and sales calls with prospects




- Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales pipeline
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deals in the CRM
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements

- 0-2 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, target-driven, and comfortable with cold outreach
- Basic understanding of e-commerce/D2C or digital marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any field
