Job title: Business Development Associate

About the Role

Amex Technology is a software development & AI agency (est. 2019, 200+ projects delivered) hiring a Business Development Associate on an initial 3-month engagement to grow our client pipeline through direct outreach.

What You'll Do

- Run cold email outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential clients
- Research and build targeted prospect lists in our service niches (web/app development, SaaS, AI)
- Manage follow-up cadences and book qualified calls/meetings
- Track outreach metrics weekly and report on what's converting
- Represent our real portfolio and case studies accurately in outreach

What We're Looking For
- Solid written English communication
- Comfortable with cold outreach tools and CRM/tracking basics
- Self-motivated — able to hit weekly outreach and meeting targets independently
- Prior B2B/agency business development experience a plus
