Business Analysts and Implementation Engineer. | Full-Time

Veoci Inc. | Full-Time

You will own the end-to-end delivery of Veoci software implementations for enterprise clients — from kick-off through go-live and handover to support. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure every implementation is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Project Management

- Lead multiple simultaneous implementations of varying complexity, maintaining clear project plans covering milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk strategies.
- Review and adhere to Statement of Work (SOW) obligations; manage scope, flag risks early, and drive change request processes where needed.
- Modify timelines proactively when project conditions change, keeping all stakeholders informed.

Client Engagement

- Serve as the primary client contact throughout implementation — managing expectations,



resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
- Facilitate structured project meetings with clear agendas, action tracking, and meeting minutes published to the dashboard within 48 hours.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, understanding their motivations, roles, and expectations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Partner closely with Solution Engineers to estimate timelines, assign tasks, and resolve technical issues.
- Escalate appropriately — distinguishing between Solutions, Development, Sales, and renewal-related issues.
- Ensure smooth handover from implementation to support, with complete client-facing documentation.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain thorough records of configuration settings, integrations, customizations, and client-specific requirements in the CRM.
- Provide regular portfolio-level status updates to management.
- Contribute to improving implementation best practices and onboarding standards in collaboration with Product Management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience delivering software implementations for external clients.
- MUST HAVE 85% and above in 12th Boards ( CBSE or Equuivalent)

Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication — comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build trust with clients and manage complex,



multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Solid understanding of software implementation methodologies, including integration, data migration, and system configuration.
- Analytical and proactive problem-solver with robust judgment on escalation.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.
- Nice to have: Project Management certification (CAPM, Google PM, or equivalent); experience with Microsoft Project or similar PM tools.

- Analyze client business processes — Use AI to map, interrogate, and optimize customer workflows during discovery and configuration, surfacing gaps and improvement opportunities before they become implementation risks.
- Drive operational insight from live data — Apply AI to analyze data flowing through configured Veoci processes, identifying patterns, anomalies, and performance trends that inform smarter decisions.
- Power MIS dashboards with intelligence — Translate AI-derived insights into meaningful dashboard outputs, giving clients a clear, data-backed view of their operational health.

Routine AI use — drafting, transcription, knowledge retrieval — is a baseline expectation.
