Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4–5 years of experience in Capital Markets and Hedge Funds. The candidate should have strong experience in business requirement gathering, stakeholder management, project coordination, and end-to-end project management.

Experience: 4 - 7 Years Location: Bangalore

Mode of Work: Hybrid Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Work closely with business, technology, and product teams to define solutions. Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation. Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide domain expertise across Capital Markets / Hedge Funds.

Key Skills

3–5 years of relevant BA experience. Strong knowledge of Capital Markets and Hedge Funds.

Experience in Project Management / Project Coordination. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
