Role Description This is a full-time Business Analyst Internship role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Bengaluru, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support analysis of business processes across IGEN’s digital AI platforms, helping to map workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and document business requirements for new features and enhancements. Daily tasks include collecting and organizing data from different product modules, preparing reports and dashboards, and translating business needs into transparent, structured documentation.

The role involves collaborating with product,



technology, marketing, and operations teams, participating in cross-functional meetings, and supporting multi-tasking activities such as market research, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback analysis. The internship offers deep business learning, exposure to global-scale digital product thinking, and opportunities to contribute to initiatives aligned with Viksit Bharat 2047.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions.

Candidates should possess business analysis skills, such as requirements gathering, stakeholder interaction, and translating needs into structured documentation.

Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders.

Candidates should possess an understanding of business processes, including workflow mapping, process improvement basics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should possess the ability to work with business requirements, including drafting user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for digital products.

Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with digital platforms or AI products, basic proficiency in productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, presentation tools), and an interest in B2B markets, global trade, and business news.
