Role Description

This is a full-time remote Business Analyst internship designed for serious candidates looking for deep business learning and multi-tasking opportunities in a global-scale digital AI platform product company. The intern will support data-driven business analysis across IGEN’s flagship platforms, including market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking for digital products and B2B initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping business processes, preparing analytical reports and dashboards, and contributing to business intelligence for various sectors.





The intern will collaborate with product, marketing, content, and operations teams to refine workflows, improve user experience, and support strategic decision-making. The role offers exposure to AI-enabled business models, global trade ecosystems, and leadership initiatives aligned with Viksit Bharat 2047.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, assess business needs, and support digital product enhancements.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to present findings clearly, prepare summaries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Business Process understanding to map workflows, suggest improvements, and support operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess Business Requirements documentation skills to create clear specifications, use cases, and reports.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with digital platforms or SaaS products, basic knowledge of AI or data-driven business models, proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools, and an interest in B2B markets and global trade.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Management, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
