About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with extensive expertise in change management to join our dynamic team. This role involves partnering with clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs, acting as the change lead to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis techniques.
You will be embedded within client teams, working closely with program leadership to shape change strategies, conduct impact assessments, and facilitate effective communication and training efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence large-scale transformations, drive stakeholder alignment, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years leading change management initiatives within medium to large transformation projects. Demonstrable consulting experience in client-facing roles is essential, along with proficiency in recognized change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change. Candidates should have proven experience delivering change in areas such as ERP, CRM, HCM implementations, cloud migrations, operating model redesigns, M&A; integrations, or digital transformations.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills are required,
along with a solid foundation in core business analysis techniques including process modeling, requirements elicitation, and gap analysis.
Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or CBAP are highly valued.
Responsibilities As a Lead Business Analyst – Change Management, your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of strategic and operational tasks: Change Strategy & Planning: Develop tailored change management approaches aligned with client culture, maturity, and risk profile. Create comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communication, training, business readiness, adoption, and sustainment. Ensure alignment with overall program delivery schedules and dependencies.
Change Impact Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments across roles, processes, systems, and locations to determine the extent and severity of change. Maintain a dynamic change impact register, identify risks, and communicate findings to leadership for proactive management.
Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement: Map and segment stakeholders based on influence, interest, and impact. Design targeted engagement strategies and foster trusted relationships across all levels, including resistant or skeptical stakeholders.
Sponsor & Leader Enablement: Coach executive sponsors and leaders to act as visible change advocates. Prepare leadership with key messaging, FAQs, and coaching guides. Facilitate the formation of sponsor coalitions to ensure consistent and effective communication.
Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, including messaging architecture, channels, and feedback mechanisms. Oversee the creation of collateral such as emails, town halls, videos, and intranet content to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
Training & Enablement: Collaborate with training teams to identify learning needs,
design blended learning solutions, and oversee training logistics. Measure training effectiveness and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Business Readiness: Establish and manage readiness frameworks with clear criteria, checkpoints, and dashboards. Coordinate with business units to validate readiness and escalate risks as needed.
Change Network & Champions: Design and support change champion networks, establishing routines and tools to sustain engagement and momentum beyond initial implementation phases.
Resistance Management: Proactively identify sources of resistance, design targeted interventions, and partner with HR and people leaders to address sensitive change scenarios.
Adoption, Sustainment & Benefits Realisation: Define KPIs for adoption, develop reinforcement plans, and link activities to business benefits. Plan hypercare and transition strategies to embed change into normal operations.
Business Analysis Deliverables: Produce process maps, operating models, requirements documentation, and business case inputs. Prepare executive briefings, status dashboards, and mentor junior team members.
