About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with extensive expertise in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you will partner with organizations to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the change lead, assessing change impacts, shaping comprehensive change strategies, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and driving the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery, situated at the intersection of business analysis and change management.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years dedicated to leading change management initiatives within medium to large-scale transformation programs. Demonstrable client-facing consulting experience is essential, including the ability to shape approaches, facilitate workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments. Deep knowledge of recognized change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change is required.

Candidates should have proven experience delivering change in areas such as ERP/CRM/HCM implementations, cloud migrations, operating model redesigns, mergers and acquisitions, or digital transformations. Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse organizational levels, excellent communication capabilities,



and proficiency in core business analysis techniques are vital.

Certifications like Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or CBAP are highly valued.

Responsibilities As a Lead Business Analyst – Change Management, your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities designed to ensure successful change adoption and program delivery: Change Strategy & Planning: Define and tailor the overall change approach aligned with client culture, maturity, scope, and risk profile. Develop comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, adoption, and sustainment. Ensure alignment of change plans with program delivery milestones and dependencies.

Change Impact Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments across roles, processes, systems, and locations to quantify change size and complexity. Maintain a dynamic change impact register, surfacing risks to program leadership and informing intervention strategies.

Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement: Identify, segment, and map stakeholder groups, designing tailored engagement strategies. Foster trusted relationships across all levels, including resistant or skeptical stakeholders, to facilitate buy-in and support.

Sponsor & Leader Enablement: Coach executive sponsors and leaders to act as visible change champions. Prepare leaders with messaging, FAQs, and coaching guides, and establish sponsor coalitions to align messaging and reinforce change efforts.

Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and plans. Create and oversee production of collateral such as emails, town halls, videos, intranet content, and FAQs. Establish feedback channels to gauge sentiment and adapt messaging accordingly.

Training & Enablement:



Partner with training teams to identify learning needs and design blended learning solutions. Oversee training logistics, track completion, and measure effectiveness to ensure readiness and capability building.

Business Readiness: Design and manage readiness frameworks, including criteria, checkpoints, dashboards, and go/no-go assessments. Coordinate with impacted units to validate readiness and escalate risks proactively.

Change Network & Champions: Mobilize and support change champions and agents, establishing communities and routines to sustain engagement through delivery and into hypercare phases.

Resistance Management: Identify resistance sources via stakeholder analysis and sentiment tracking. Design targeted interventions and partner with HR and other functions to address sensitive scenarios such as restructuring or workforce transitions.

Adoption, Sustainment & Benefits Realization: Define KPIs for adoption, develop reinforcement mechanisms, and plan hypercare and transition strategies. Link change activities to program benefits and value realization metrics.

Business Analysis Deliverables: Own end-to-end BA outputs, including process maps, operating models, requirements, and business cases. Prepare executive briefings, steering reports, and dashboards. Mentor junior team members where applicable.
