Summary: The Business Analyst (BA) serves as a critical liaison between clients and the development team, focusing on gathering requirements, documenting functional needs, and ensuring project deliveries meet client expectations.

Responsibilities: Interact directly with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Review legacy applications and develop functional specifications for re-platforming.

Translate business needs into Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Stories, and Use Cases.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements.

Prepare, review, and validate test cases to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback to clients.

Maintain detailed functional and process documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide project status updates and act as the primary liaison between users and the technical team.

Must Haves: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software application development.

Proactive, self-driven, with ability to work independently and manage timelines.

Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and documentation standards.

Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools for creating BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Test Cases.
