Role Descriptions: MATRIXX CCS Support Analyst The Role(Only MAtrix Support analyst)

Data Reference Analyst to support Tariff & Pricing reference data activities for a Telecom IT programme. This role is responsible for maintaining and assuring high-quality tariff reference data using Matrix (tariff/pricing configuration tool), ensuring that pricing changes are accurately configured, validated, and released in line with governance, controls, and delivery timelines.

The analyst will work closely with Pricing, Product, BSS/IT, Integration, Testing, and Release teams to ensure tariff changes are correctly implemented and traceable from requirement through deployment.

Responsibilities: Tariff / Pricing Reference Data Management (Matrix)

- Configure and maintain tariff reference data in Matrix (e.g., price points, allowances, bundles, charging rules, eligibility, validity dates).
- Execute day-to-day tariff activity: creation, updates, retirement, versioning, and effective dating.
- Ensure all changes are compliant with programme standards for data quality, naming conventions, and auditability.

Requirements & Traceability
- Translate business change requests into accurate Matrix configuration updates with end-to-end traceability.
- Maintain mapping between requirements, configuration items, and downstream impacts (BSS, charging, billing, catalogue, channels).

Data Quality & Controls
- Perform validation checks (completeness, consistency, duplication,



effective dates, rounding, discount logic, and rule conflicts).
- Support data governance activities such as peer reviews, approvals, SoD checks, and controlled release of pricing changes.
- Produce evidence for audits and sign-offs (configuration snapshots, change logs, review outcomes).

Testing & Deployment Support
- Support SIT/UAT/E2E by preparing test data, validating expected outcomes, and assisting defect triage related to tariff configuration.
- Work with release teams to ensure tariff updates are packaged and deployed correctly, including rollback planning when required.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with Pricing/Commercial, Product Owners, BA/SA, Test teams, and BSS technical teams to coordinate change timelines and dependencies.
- Provide regular progress updates and proactively flag risks or data issues that could impact delivery or revenue.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience

- Experience working in Telecom BSS (Pricing/Tariffs/Product catalogue/Charging-related data).
- Hands-on experience in Matrix (tariff/pricing configuration and reference data management).
- Solid understanding of tariff constructs: effective dating, eligibility rules, discounts, bundles, recurring vs one-time charges.
- High attention to detail with strong data validation and reconciliation capability.
- Working knowledge of testing lifecycle and ability to support SIT/UAT/E2E activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to explain configuration impacts in business-friendly language.
