Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and analytical techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Scrum.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Analysis & Interpretation, Scrum.

Strong capability in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.

Ability to map and model business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication to bridge gaps between business and technology teams.

Skilled in conducting gap analysis and impact assessments to support decision-making and solution design.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at client onsite locations within India.

A 15 years full time education is required.
