Role Description The BTL Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The intern will support below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, including planning and executing in-store promotions, sampling events, and local brand activations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors and partners, assisting with event logistics, monitoring promotional materials, and gathering feedback and data from field activities.

The intern will help track campaign performance,



maintain basic reports, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency at all touchpoints. This role offers practical exposure to consumer engagement, retail marketing, and on-ground brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications

Ability to support BTL marketing activities such as in-store promotions, events, and local brand activations.

Basic skills in planning, organizing, and coordinating logistics for on-ground campaigns and events.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Comfort with collecting and summarizing campaign data, feedback, and simple performance metrics.

High level of reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to work in dynamic, on-site environments.

Interest in natural products, consumer goods, or marketing; prior internship or project experience is a plus.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
