We’re looking for a Senior Coffee Brewer who shares this passion and wants to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, curiosity, consistency, and genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Do

- Craft exceptional espresso-based and manual brew beverages with consistency and precision.




- Lead the coffee bar during shifts, ensuring smooth service and an outstanding guest experience.
- Train and mentor junior brewers, helping them develop both technical skills and confidence.
- Uphold Corridor Seven’s standards for beverage quality, cleanliness, workflow, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory, minimise wastage, and maintain coffee equipment to the highest standards.
- Share your coffee knowledge with guests and create memorable café experiences.
- Support the Store Manager in driving operational excellence and building a high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in specialty coffee or premium café operations.
- Robust understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and manual brewing methods.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
- A keen eye for detail, consistency, and quality.
