As we continue to scale, we're looking for a passionate Brand Partnerships - Senior Associate who can build relationships with brands, identify business opportunities, and drive influencer marketing solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with brand marketers, marketing agencies, and decision-makers.
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend tailored influencer marketing solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, and pitch Discovr AI's services and platform capabilities.
- Create proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Strategy and Account Management teams to ensure seamless campaign handover after deal closure.




- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, creator economy developments, and competitor activities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM updates, forecasts, and sales reports.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Brand Sales, Business Development, within an Influencer Marketing Agency or Creator Economy company.
- Proven experience in selling influencer marketing campaigns and solutions.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging creator platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into effective influencer marketing strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace with ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is a plus.
