We're Hiring: Brand & Digital Marketing Content Creator (AI-First)

? Visakhapatnam | Full-time | BluePlanIT Services Pvt. Ltd. is a B2B services company serving clients across the United States. We're building our content and digital marketing function in-house, and we're looking for the person to run it.

You'll be the engine behind everything our brand puts out — daily ad videos, social content, influencer-style marketing videos, and the sales material our lead generation team uses to open conversations with US agency owners. If you already use AI tools to produce video and design at speed, this role is built for you.

What You'll Own

Daily Video Production

Produce at least one ad or promotional video every working day using AI tools — Runway, Pictory, HeyGen, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Canva or similar

Create influencer-style and talking-head marketing videos for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Facebook

Produce polished corporate videos — service explainers, client testimonials, company profile, recruitment films

Write your own scripts, hooks, captions and voiceovers

Lead Generation Support

Build the content our BD team runs on: one-pagers, service brochures, case studies, pitch decks, email creatives and LinkedIn outreach assets

Write for a US B2B audience — agency owners and principals, not consumers

Turn service offerings into transparent, benefit-led messaging that shortens the sales cycle

Supply the BD team with fresh outreach creatives every week, not once a quarter

Digital Marketing & Content Marketing

Own and maintain the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube — consistent daily posting, no gaps





Plan and run paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta: audience targeting, creative variants, A/B testing

Build a content marketing pipeline — blogs, carousels, industry insight posts, thought-leadership content that brings inbound interest

Track reach, engagement and lead conversion, and reshape strategy based on the data

Report performance monthly in plain language

Brand & Design

Design graphics, banners, carousels and creatives in a consistent brand identity

Produce employer-brand and hiring-campaign content for our recruitment drives

Build reusable templates so the team can ship without waiting on you

What We're Looking For

Graduate in any discipline — Mass Communication, Marketing or Design is a plus

1–2 years in content creation, digital marketing or social media management

Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools — non-negotiable, show us what you've made

Strong English writing, able to write for a US professional audience

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut or equivalent

Working knowledge of social and ad analytics

Someone who ships daily and doesn't need chasing
