We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Head to lead and manage the International Voice Process – Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling team performance, achieving sales targets, mentoring executives, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions in an international sales setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the International Voice Process sales team
Monitor daily team performance and ensure target achievement
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Support team members in handling customer objections and sales conversions
Track KPIs, call quality, productivity, and sales metrics
Develop strategies to improve team performance and customer engagement
Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Coordinate with management for process improvements and business growth
Maintain a positive and high-performing work environment
Required Skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Robust spoken English is mandatory
Fluency in at least one regional language: Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam
Robust sales, team handling, and people management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer applications preferred
Eligibility Criteria
3–5 years of experience in International Voice Process / Sales / BPO
Prior experience in team handling or team lead role preferred
Experience in Finance sector is an added advantage

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Energetic, confident, and performance-focused
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
