Roles & Responsibilities
Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Plan and schedule posts according to the content calendar.
Write captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content production.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Assist in executing social media campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, and viral content.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Support influencer collaborations and campaign execution.
Help maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements
Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field.
Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Knowledge of Canva is a plus.




Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and strategies.
Self-motivated, responsible, and a team player.
