Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across company and franchise locations.
Develop and implement operational strategies and business plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
Lead franchise startup operations, including planning, setup, launch, and initial operational support.
Coordinate with franchise partners and ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
Identify operational risks and develop effective risk-control and preventive measures.
Monitor branch performance, productivity, customer experience, and overall operational efficiency.
Identify gaps in existing processes and implement process improvements.
Develop new, creative, and creative ideas to improve business growth, customer experience,
and operational performance.
Work closely with management to convert business strategies into actionable plans.
Conduct regular franchise visits, audits, and operational reviews.
Analyze operational reports and identify areas requiring improvement.
Support the launch and expansion of current franchise locations.
Handle operational challenges and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain solid communication and coordination between management, franchisees, and operational teams.
