Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, deploying, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Azure environments.

Manage high-availability Azure solutions and troubleshoot issues across VMs, App Service, Application Gateway, Front Door, Key Vault, and Container Apps.

Configure and maintain Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Log Analytics, Action Groups, and alert rules.

Write advanced KQL queries for analytics, performance insights, and anomaly detection.

Write and implement Azure policies.

Implement automated monitoring, alerting, and setting health checks.

Optimize alerts to reduce noise and increase actionable insights.

Own and manage the L2 incident queue in ServiceNow with timely triage.

Respond to system alerts/outages, perform RCA, document incidents, and drive mitigation.

Maintain and improve incident response playbooks and workflows.

Participate in on-call/after-hours support for critical incidents.

Collaborate with engineering teams and communicate incident progress clearly.

Document monitoring configurations, dashboards, and operational workflows.

Must have skills:

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud systems.





2+ years of experience in implementing and managing Azure cloud/hosting deployments.

Experience on Terraform Enterprise

Azure Administrator Certification (AZ-104).

Strong experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, KQL, Azure metrics, and Azure policies.

Excellent troubleshooting skills across Azure infrastructure, application services (App Service, IIS/.NET), and databases.

Good understanding of networking concepts (Layer 3+, subnetting, addressing, VPN).

Experience with Azure SQL; knowledge of PostgreSQL/Oracle is a plus.

Familiarity with DevOps concepts and automation toolsets.

Robust written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced production environments with minimal supervision.

Experience collaborating with teams across Europe and the US.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
