About the Role: Naukariwaala Consultants is looking for an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and helping clients close their hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Understand client job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with clients.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.




Negotiate and communicate salary expectations when required.
Ensure candidates successfully join after selection.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements: Graduate in any discipline.
2+ years of recruitment/HR experience.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making frequent recruitment calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and solid follow-up skills.
