Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a robust focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Architect, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices following best practices in design, scalability, and security.
Oversee code reviews,



ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable architecture patterns.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application stability and code quality across the team.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex performance and scalability issues, driving continuous system improvement.
Manage project timelines, task allocation, and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Foster a team-oriented, knowledge-sharing environment that encourages innovation and qualified growth within the team.
Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, evaluating and recommending solutions to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
