KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation in dining areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate food service.
Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and courteously.
Monitor inventory of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment.
Train and mentor recent staff members on service standards and etiquette.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, or functions.
Prepare shift schedules and report to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Promote upselling of food and beverage items to maximize revenue.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
